Personal therapy is an opportunity to explore your feelings and beliefs, and to identify aspects of your life that you would like to change. Self-awareness can help to recognize what changes you would like to achieve and work toward your desired goals.

Many children and adolescents can experience problems that affect their thoughts, actions and behavior. My aim in therapy is to help young people understand their mental health. Child and Adolescent therapy can differentiate from adult therapy as it is tailored toward the developmental age of the child or adolescent. It is intended to provide emotional support and discover ways of managing issues that are causing distress. My approach includes the use of creative arts such as play therapy, art therapy, sand therapy, and games. These all act as a positive channel to building a trusting relationship with the therapist.
